Burnt Oak Art Studio
Sigouri Ban, BurntOak art studio, it’s hard to tell by looking but the burnt oak cladding isn’t continuous, it has ‘exactly’ 15mm gaps all the way around even at all window reveals so none of the oak was cut by us, we had a challenge of setting out the concrete raft to suit finished size from day one including allowing for studwork, ply, cement board, 2 opposing layers of lats, 3 different breathable membranes, insect mesh and finally the cladding itself, and that’s just the outside! Finished internally with birch faced ply and worktops made by our selves on site.

Oak Framed Garden Room
Oak framed garden room. Traditionally built using hand cut mortise and tenon joints, all oak pegged. Internal two king trusses with oak purlins and ridge beam. Lovely garden room in keeping with the feel of the property and a nice addition to a beautiful garden.
Front, Side and Rear Extension
Lovely side extension creating a very spacious kitchen and dining area leading onto the patio area and garden.
House Transformation
Side extension completely transforming the look of the house. Oak beam feature porch creates a nice use of natural materials to give a contemporary look to the build.
